Thick and Fit VOL. 1
WELCOME! You got your favorite workout fit on?! Well...change, and let's do this shit! It's a new season for DFS and I wanted to deliver something new to you, that I've never done before. A big part of that is INTENTIONALITY! So, this THICK and FIT Vol 1...a 4 week dance fitness program that will have you feeling connecting with your body from dancing, twerking, stretching, and taking shit into high gear. Each Week there is a breakdown of your schedule starting you off with some introductions into movement and on the fourth week, we turn the fuck up!
I hope this program has you feeling proud, inspired, strong, feeling sexy, and is incorporated into your daily routine how you like it because it's all on-demand. I will be checking in on you and providing you as much support as you need or just letting you flourish like the little independent butterfly that you are. We lose some of that flexibility as we age and don't realize it, until we get into some of the body positions in this video. It's ok, if one side is more flexible than the other...completely normal! What a great intro to really work through some of that tightness.
