A big part of that is INTENTIONALITY! So, this THICK and FIT Vol 1...a 4 week dance fitness program that will have you feeling connecting with your body from dancing, twerking, stretching, and taking shit into high gear. Each Week there is a breakdown of your schedule starting you off with some introductions into movement and on the fourth week, we turn the fuck up!
